Shipping Policy

At After the Flowers, every package is prepared with care and intention. Because many of our gifts are sent during tender seasons of grief, we do our best to process and ship each order as thoughtfully and promptly as possible.

Order Processing

Most one-time grief support box orders are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

During busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a meaningful delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Sending Directly to a Recipient

You may ship an After the Flowers gift directly to the recipient. Please enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout.

If gift message options are available, please include your message during checkout. We recommend reviewing the shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure the shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. After the Flowers is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at crystal@aftertheflowers.org. We will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control. If your tracking shows a package as lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you determine the next best step.

Monthly Subscription Shipments

Monthly grief support subscriptions are designed to arrive once per month. Specific shipping windows will be shared on the subscription product page and/or in your order confirmation.

If a monthly package is delayed, we will notify the buyer using the email address provided at checkout.
